We are on our way to Palm Beach and stopped here for lunch. The ambiance is clean, quiet and shady- a perfect antidote to a morning spent on highway. The service was quiet and efficient (possibly because English is not the server's first language. We ordered fajitas with corn tortillas. We opted out of the beans and rice which turned out fortuitous! The tortillas are homemade. The fajitas came with a healthy portion of vegetables in a sauce that was delicious! If we lived in the area we would be regulars. Also, the bathroom is clean and spacious with soap and towels!

Ordered two breakfast burritos and a papusa from here while driving through town. Would highly recommend!! They also have amazing customer service and worked with me to make sure the burritos were vegetarian friendly and told me that they give away extra food to people in need. Please go support this great business!

Very yummy pupusas! I tried the cheese (all include cheese), chicharron, and chicharron/beans/cheese---so delicious, fresh, served with slaw and salsa. The one I had the next day was still very tasty. Friendly service and pretty fast take out order. I'd call in my order next time. My friend tried the chicken pupusa and said it was great too. They have a selection of canned and bottled sodas and water available for takeout too.

This restaurant is a gem here and came highly recommended. Firebaugh is a great little small town, and except for the rare homicide last night that happened right by where I was working, I really like it. I hear they caught the suspects, so we're good. Also, the pupusas here are to die for, but not literally. I had the pork and cheese one. Stay safe friends.

Stopped by driving down from the bay, anf worth the drive. Friendly service, handmade to order fresh pupusas (the loroco is especially amazing), and home made horchata. I will be back.

I stopped in Firebaugh on my way to the coast to grab a bite to eat. I ordered the chile verde plate. (I wasn't in an experimenting mood that day). The meal took longer than I expected, though it's likely because I'm used to fast Mexican food... from food trucks. Anyways, I noticed that the lady in back was rolling out dough... and I think she was making fresh tortillas. And boy when my food was served, those were some of the best tortillas I have ever had. Fluffy and chewy. The Chile verde itself was also very good. Savory and flavorful. The meat was tender and juicy, and not too fat. The lettuce tomato and red onions were super fresh, and squeaky clean. That impressed me as well... as I'm used to places were the veggies look questionable :) All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and will be back when Im nearby. Hope this helps you find a good meal when you pass by as well.

Delicious restaurant! Love their chicharones popusas and chicken or Assad gorditas. Service is great too. Us teachers love to go there for a weekly lunch out. It can get busy at lunch so we often call ahead to have food ready when we arrive. They are always so accommodating!

Was visiting some family in Firebaugh--was part of one of those massive bi-weekly Quinceañera/Wedding/Baptism things--and decided to stop here for a late breakfast. I was very surprised! I have never really been a fan of Salvadoran food in Phoenix, AZ, but this one was really good. It could be that restaurants in Phoenix, AZ have some catching up to do, or I haven't seen the good ones. Pros: - Breakfast Chorizo Burrito was amazing. - Caldo De Res (in English it is pronounced: "Call Doe Day Raise") was also amazing. - Service was prompt and courteous! - Soooo inexpensive for what you get! Cons: - Salvadoran Horchata is not as good as Mexican Horchata (There may be a bias here though from me). I am 1000% returning here for the next time I am in Firebaugh attending a Quinceañera/Wedding/Baptism/Other Mexican Get Together Excuse.
